Biography:

Pig is a passive animal mob found in the popular sandbox video game, Minecraft. Introduced early in the game's development, Pigs serve primarily as a source of raw porkchop, a food item that can be cooked for sustenance.

In gameplay, Pigs wander randomly, oinking occasionally. They are easily bred by feeding them carrots, potatoes, or beetroots. Baby pigs eventually grow into adults.

While generally harmless, Pigs have played a role in specific game mechanics and can be transformed into Zombified Piglins when struck by lightning near a Nether portal, demonstrating their connection to other Minecraft elements.
